Motivation: ‘Amburu Iyyappa’ A Delivery Boy To Associate Director In Flipkart

About 12 years ago, Amburu Iyyappa used to be a delivery boy in the courier company and today he has millions of properties. The story of this change is very interesting.

After completing his studies he got the job of delivery boy in the First Flight and he went to Bangalore.

But after few month released that if he got proper training then he can improve his skill job and salary. So for three to four month he went to and sought leave from the company. But when he returned, there was no place for him on the first flight. That time First flight was only one of Flipkart’s four courier partners.

Iyyappa went to Flipkart’s office and went there to meet young founders Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal. He got a job there and thus he became the first employee of Flipkart.

From his work experience and  good customer dealing he become all favourite and because of Flipkart first employee he got some shares of Flipkart company share.  Without checking system he used to solve problem of all customer and handle all his  pending work. At that time his salary was Rs 8000.

Today, he is an Associate Director for Customer Experience in Flipkart and takes salaries of over Rs 6 lakhs.  All these happen only due to his heartily practise and sharp minded.
