OnePlus 6 has been making a name for itself in the smartphone industry since the past several years by unleashing one successful phone after the other, each being superior to the previous one! Being a Chinese manufacturer, many people were doubtful about OnePlus’s quality. It’s safe to say that with models like 3T, 5 and 5T gaining universal acclaim from the public and critics alike, OnePlus has defied all odds and established itself as an industry giant in its own right.
The newest model, OnePlus 6 is one of the most awaited smartphones of 2018. All set for an early summer release, fans don’t have to wait much to speculate on the phone’s freshest upgrades because of new leaks regarding its design and specifications.
Here are some of the details of OnePlus 6 from sources and leaks:
A relatively noticeable difference, the iPhone-X like notch promises a more immersive experience with an impressive resolution of 1080 x 2280 resolution Full HD+ panel instead of a Quad HD+ resolution panel.
The new phone is also expected to have advanced 3D facial recognition. The notch will house an infrared 3D camera right next to the regular front camera. Don’t worry though, facial recognition is optional as a fingerprint sensor and good old phone patterns are still available. Compared to the 18:9 aspect ratio of OnePlus 5, 6 will have a 19:9 aspect ratio, indicating a larger display. The notch will put OnePlus in a dominant position against popular models such as galaxy s9 price in Pakistan, iPhone 8 and others.
Whilst the OnePlus 5 has a brilliant camera, it still fails to measure up to industry leaders such as Samsung. In order for the OnePlus 6 to be one of the best-selling online mobile phones in Pakistan, it needs to step up its camera game. According to rumors from Android Central, that seems to be the case!
A vertical dual-camera setup will be most likely on the back. However, specifications of these cameras remain unknown.
The OnePlus 6 is predicted to be one hell of a strong phone! According to the latest leaks, the prototype phone scored a whopping 2,76,510 points on AnTuTu. This is the highest score to date, putting the runner-up, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S, to shame. This is not surprising as the phone is confirmed to be powered by a Snapdragon 845 octa-core chipset.
This will not only make 6 OnePlus’s most powerful phone but also the most efficient in all of Android.
If rumors are to be believed, there will be no upgrades in the memory department for OnePlus’s newest set. Whilst 5T has impressive memory, a year without an update does not look good on the resume.
OnePlus’s CEO Pete Lau ensured the world that OnePlus 6 will arrive in the 2nd quarter of 2018. Whilst the release date is not confirmed, the phone is most likely to hit stores in June, just as One Plus 5 did. Will you be buying OnePlus 6? Also, Pakistan day sale 2018 is around the corner.
