This salad is a perfect refreshment and healthy diet for every age. It is easy to make and coated with delicious Greek salad dressing. It just requires some chopped veggies and Olivia.
Greek Salad Ingredients –
1 English Cucumber
1 lettuce leaf
1 cottage cheese
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 onion
2 tomatoes
Few black olives ,
broccoli,babycorn Dressing
4 lemon juice or lemonade
3 table spoon olive oil
coriander leaves
pinch of black pepper ,
salt to taste.
Greek Salad Method –
Step 1 – Cut all the vegetables in cubes and keep aside.
Step 2 – Take a bowl and spread the lettuce leaf in the bowl as a base.Spread all the vegetables individually rowwise.
Step 3 – Garnish it with boiled broccoli, babycorn,cottage cheese and black olives.
Step 4 – Finally toss it all with the lemon dressing and mix it well. Healthy salad is ready to eat.
