Fear of Job is the big thing in India now a days. Almost over 17% of Indian employees have this fear of loosing their jobs. A the same time over 23% of employees shown their fear about the job security. this findings have came after a survey been done by Randstad, a global human resource consulting firm in the month of Dec quarter.

The survey also confirms that there is a lot of positive sentiments among Indian Employers when it comes to looking at year as whole 2016. Almost more than 90% of employers felt that the economic situation would go better in 2016.

MD & CEO of Randstad India Mr. Moorthy K Uppaluri said in an statement

“India is on an economic upswing owing to several reasons – key business oriented reforms initiated by the government; improved investor sentiments; relaxed FDI norms in major sectors and an increased focus on ease of doing business”

.He added

“The overall market perception is very positive and this means more jobs. The Indian job market is already charged at the beginning of 2016 and we expect this to sustain in the near future as well”

.The survey also gave finding towards which kind of profiles (specially STEM – Science, Technology, Engineering & Math and digital profile) are more on the wish list of any employer. It pointed out that India got a very higher level of job change phenomenon. The Randstad confirms based on their  findings that

“This quarter (December), the survey reflected the highest actual job change in India. 45 per cent of the survey respondents from India mentioned that they have changed their jobs in the last six months”.
