Healthy bread sandwich Ingredient:

Sprouted moong

Roasted grinded peanuts

Fine chopped onions

Fine chopped tomatoes

Fine chopped coriander leaves

Grated paneer

Boiled mashed potatoes

Masala salt homemade

Plain salt

black salt

Black pepper

Red chilli powder

Healthy Bread Sandwich Recipe:

  • Heat oil in a pan crackle mustard seeds,curry leaves green chilli
  • Add ginger garlic paste ,fine chop onion.
  • Saute for few minutes add boiled potatoes,sprouted moong ,grated paneer all spices and cook for few minutes .

  • Cool the mix and apply thin layer of mix on bread slice cover with other slice.
  • And toast in Sandwich toaster .
  • Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup
