Healthy Bread Sandwich Recipe:
- Heat oil in a pan crackle mustard seeds,curry leaves green chilli
- Add ginger garlic paste ,fine chop onion.
- Saute for few minutes add boiled potatoes,sprouted moong ,grated paneer all spices and cook for few minutes .
- Cool the mix and apply thin layer of mix on bread slice cover with other slice.
- And toast in Sandwich toaster .
- Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup
