Dish name: Soya kebab
When you need a tasty and spicy, along with the dash of Soya Kebab will be the perfect dish. Be it for breakfast , this dish checks the boxes of being nutritious, interesting and most of all, rich in protein.
Soya Kebab Ingredients :
1/2 cup chana daal
1 chup big soya bean chunk
2 piece bayleaf
1 piece cinnamon stick
1 piece big cardamom
2 or 3 pieces of clove
1 onion, 6-7 pieces of garlic
a small piece of ginger
2-3 dried red chillies
1-2 tsp roasted gram flour
salt according to taste
Soya Kebab Process of making :
- Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 5 mins. Squeeze it out from the water. Put soaked daal and soya chunks, and all the other spices and the ingredients mentioned above other than gram flour in a pressure cooker till 2-3 whistles.
- Then cool it down, and grind the mixture. Add roasted gram flour and coriander leaves in the mixture and shape them in kebabs. In a frying pan, add oil and heat it and shallow fry the kebabs on medium low heat on both the sides.
- This will make the kebab crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. When it’s done, plate it and it’s ready!! Serve it with curd, coriander chutney and ringed onions.
