Moong Masala Paratha dish is easy to cooked and healthy to eat.Its Italian flavor make your day. You can take it as healthy breakfast in morning.Its made up of pure Moong Daal batter and veggies which is perfect to start you day. In this dish pure Indian spices is used for Italian falvoured.

Moon Daal Paratha Ingredients :

Moong daal soaked ( 1 cup)
Corn starch ( 4 tbsp)
Oil or Butter ( 4 tbsp)
Pizza Sauce ( 4 tbsp)
Salt to taste
Grated vegebtabes ( cabbage, onion, capsicum, carrot) ( 1 cup)

Moong Daal Paratha Recipe :

  • Grind the soaked moong daal into smooth paste.
  • Add water to make it smooth flowing batter but not watery.
  • Add salt to batter as per taste or 1/2 tsp.
  • Now heat a non stick pan on low to medium flame.
  • Apply oil or butter on the heated pan and pour the batter with laddle and spread in circular motion.
  • Flip the paratha when cooked from one side and now apply pizza sauce on 1/4th side of paratha.
  • Top the sauce covered paratha with grated veggies and cover with one side of paratha to make it into a fold.
  • Turn and cook the folded sided.
  • Serve hot paratha with sauce and chutney of your choice.
