Turai Ke Chilke Ke Kabab Ingredient:
turai ke chilke
Hari elaichi4
Badi elaichi 4
Small piece of dalchini
Kali mirch 5
Laung 4
Salt to taste
Turmeric Garam masala powder
Onion green chilli
fine chopped Ginger garlic paste
Soaked chana dal 2 hrs
Besan
Turai Ke Chilke Ke Kabab Recipe:
- Heat oil in a cooker add spices and toast for 2 minutes.
- Then add onions green chillies and saute for a minute.
- Then add soaked chana dal and ginger garlic paste and chilke well washed.
- Add salt turmeric powder red chilli powder garam masala and little water also.
- Pressure cooker for 4 whistle.
- Open the cooker and check that daal is well cooked.
- Now make the paste by grinding in mixie.
- Heat oil in a pan add2 tbsp besan, roast it for 2 minutes for binding the grinded paste.
- Cook the grinded mixture until it is hard or dry.
- Now make kabab shape according yr choice and shallow fry or deep fry Serve with baigan ki lungi
Baingan Lungi (Chutney) Recipe:
- Chop brinjal pieces with skin into small dices and deep fry till crispy golden brown .
- Heat oil in a pan splatter saunf mustard seeds add fine chopped ginger, green chilly and after one min saute add fine chopped onions and saute until golden brown .
- Now add little water ,curry leaves,gur , tomato ketchup,salt to taste,pinch of haldi and red chilli powder.
- Now add orange peel fine chopped cooked in sugar syrup .
- You can add kishmish also instead of orange peel and finally add fried brinjal mix all things well cook on slow heat for about 2 min
- Baigan ki lungi is ready to serve.
